A marketplace’s general availability in a country does not necessarily establish eligibility for every book, format, or address. Contact BISONARTZ before purchasing if you need assistance confirming eligibility. Amazon’s available destinations can differ by marketplace and order type.

If we cannot arrange shipment to your address, we will notify you and promptly refund the affected items and associated shipping charges.

Shipment Timeframe & Delays

Physical book orders ship within 30 calendar days after we receive your completed order, including the information and payment authorization needed to process it. This timeframe concerns shipment, not arrival.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will notify you before that deadline, provide a revised shipping estimate when reasonably available, and offer you the choice of accepting the delay or canceling for a prompt refund. For purchases completed directly on Amazon or another retailer’s website, contact that retailer under its applicable return policy.

30-Day Return Requests

You may request a change-of-mind return for a standard physical book within 30 calendar days after delivery.

To qualify under this voluntary return policy, the book must be unused and in its original, resaleable condition, without customer-caused damage, markings, or alterations. Please provide your order number or another reasonable proof of purchase.

These conditions do not limit inspection or other rights provided by mandatory consumer law.

How to Request a Return

We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Please do not send items to Amazon or to an address shown on the packaging unless we instruct you to do so.

Return Shipping Costs

Cancellations

Orders we cannot ship within the promised or subsequently agreed timeframe are handled under the cancellation and refund provisions in our Terms & Conditions.

Refund Processing

Refunds will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method. We will initiate refunds for qualifying voluntary returns within seven business days after receiving the returned item, or sooner when required by law.

4. Digital Product Policy

Digital Products & Formats

This policy applies to eBooks and other downloadable products purchased directly through the BISONARTZ website.

Digital products are supplied electronically. No printed book or other physical item is included unless the product listing expressly states otherwise. Physical shipping charges and Amazon destination-availability requirements do not apply to direct website downloads.

Please review the listed file format, language, edition, and compatibility information before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a product will work with your device or reading software.

Delivery & Download Access

After payment is confirmed, your digital product will be supplied through the download method identified at checkout, normally through a link sent to your email address and made available on the order-confirmation page.

For downloads delivered through Wix Stores, download links remain active for 30 days. Contact us with your order details if your link expires or you need it resent. Wix supports resending download links after expiration.

Please check your email address before completing checkout and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not appear.

Unless expressly stated, your purchase covers the edition described in the listing and does not include future editions or indefinite online storage. Save an appropriate personal backup of your purchased file.

Supported Countries & Delivery Addresses

Shipping availability depends on the Amazon marketplace used, the selected book and format, and the complete delivery address.

Before purchasing, please verify that Amazon.com or another applicable Amazon marketplace supports delivery of the selected books to your country and address. General availability in a country does not guarantee delivery of every book or format to every address. Please contact BISONARTZ before ordering if you need assistance confirming eligibility. We will also verify availability when arranging your shipment. If we cannot fulfill your order to the address provided, we will notify you and promptly refund the affected items and associated shipping charges. If the entire order is canceled, we will refund the full amount paid for that order.

Shipment Timeframe
